This toy comes with two round party balloons that power the colorful 12 inch rotors. Fill up the balloon, attach it to the helicopter rotors using the quick coupling fitting and let the helicopter fly. How simple can it be!

Air escaping from the balloon is routed to the tips of the helicopter blades to make them spin and whirl as the toy climbs and dances in the sky. The rotor hub has a built-in whistle that sings and whines as the helicopter balloon climbs high above your head.

Once the balloon has expended all its energy, the aerodynamically designed rotor blades auto-gyrate slowly back to earth as you run underneath them for a perfect landing right in the palm of your hand.
