Are they good toys for girls or boys?
They are great fun for everyone!  Girls, boys, teenagers, even grandparents love rocket balloons!

Will my toddler like these toys?
Toddlers will love to watch and listen to them. The helicopters and jet racers have small parts and should not be given to children under 3 years of age. As with any balloon, they can be a choking hazard and should not be used without parental guidance up to the age of 8 years old. What do I do if they get caught on the roof, on a wire, or in a tree?
We do not recommend retrieving balloons from high or dangerous locations.  In time the balloons tend to come down from wind or rain.

What will damage the balloon?
Any balloon will fail when it is subjected to over-inflation, heat, or sharp objects. Continually stretching or twisting of an un-inflated balloon will cause it to fail when inflated.

Are the balloons reusable?
YES!!  All of the balloons can be used over and over.  Failure can occur with over-inflation or misuse, but otherwise the balloons give hours of entertainment.

How big are the balloons when inflated? (What's the size range?)
When inflated, a rocket balloon will be anywhere between 36 and 40 inches long. Please be careful not to over inflate the balloon as it will cause the balloon to fail.

Where should I store the balloons?
As with any latex product it should be stored in a cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and out of the reach of young children.

Can I launch the rocket balloon from the two- way action pump?
No, the rocket balloon should be removed from the head of the pump and then released.  Launching  the rocket balloon by continuing to pump air into the rocket balloon will cause an over inflated condition and the rocket balloon will fail.

Can you adjust how the rocket balloon flies?
If the rocket balloon is curved or bent in shape after inflation, it will tend to fly erratically.  If you straighten the balloon after inflation and point the tip directly up, then you can watch it fly to the sky.

What if the rocket balloon always flies into the ground?
See the previous Q & A.  Sometimes it is necessary to remove the small rubber covering on the tip of the rocket balloon  to redistribute the weight of the balloon. (Please discard all extra pieces in a trash receptacle.)

The rocket balloon falls off the pump as I am blowing it up.  What should I do?
The best technique is to place the end of the balloon on the tip of the pump as far away as possible.  Then, hold the balloon end between your thumb and fore-finger while engaging the pump.

Why doesn't the rocket balloon always make noise?
Before you launch your rocket balloon, make sure the end is not rolled up or folded.  The ends need to vibrate as the air is released to make exciting & fun noises!

Can I use regular balloons?
The pump can be used to inflate regular balloons but only rocket balloons have the specially design nozzle that allows the balloon to fly like a rocket.

Can I buy helicopter separately?

How much should I inflate the helicopter balloon?
It is not necessary to fully inflate the balloon to get the desired effect from the helicopter.

Can I fly the helicopter balloon inside?
This is not recommended!

What if the helicopter doesn't go up in the air?
Check the assembly of the rotors.  Each rotor has a notch that clicks onto the center piece.  After proper assembly, each rotors should be slightly angled in the same direction.

Can I get the car to go in a straight line?
To attempt to change the direction of the car, adjust the position of the wheels and nozzle before releasing the balloon.  They are also affected by the racing surface, so try to avoid cracks or debris on the ground.

The pump can sometimes be hard to use?
Make sure the end of the pump is not against your clothing or body.

When do I use the adaptor to the pump?
The extra tip supplied with the pump works well with the nozzle for the jet racer and the helicopter.  It is not necessary, but can also be used for the rocket balloons.

What is the best way to blow up the car's balloon?
The best way is to use the pump with adaptor.  It is possible to blow up the balloon without the pump, and we recommend holding the car upside down so it doesn't inflate in-front of your face.

How will my order be shipped?
Your order will be shipped in a cardboard box. Standard shipping is sent US Postal Priority Mail. Express shipping is sent United Postal Service overnight super saver. 

How long does it take to get rocket balloons?
If you selected standard shipping when placing your order, your order will arrive by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Your order is shipped within two business days after it is placed and will usually arrive 2 to 3 business days after it has left our location.  If you ordered on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on Monday or Tuesday. 

US Postal Priority mail does not provide a tracking number or a guaranteed delivery date.   If you need an exact delivery date with a tracking number you should use our Rush service.

Can I get RUSH shipping?
Yes, we can ship your order by United Parcel Service (UPS) Next Day Air to any location within the continental US for a flat fee $20.99. UPS Air does not pick-up or deliver packages on Saturday or Sundays. Please note that all orders are processed the next business day after receipt.

If you selected express shipping as your preferred shipping method, your order will arrive by UPS Next Day Air in 2 business days from the day you ordered. If you ordered on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday your order will ship on a Monday and will arrive at your home on a Tuesday. If you order on a Monday, your order will ship on a Tuesday and arrive Wednesday.
